About The Loot Chest
The Loot Chest was created to bring people back together through the shared joy of video gaming.
At its core, the business is built around social, multiplayer gaming experiences that prioritise playing together in the same physical space.
Why We Exist
Modern gaming has increasingly moved online, often at the expense of the social experiences that once brought people together around a single screen.
The Loot Chest exists to recreate those moments — whether that’s friends competing side by side, families sharing classic games, or colleagues connecting in a more relaxed and playful environment.
Our Approach to Gaming
We place a strong emphasis on retro and legacy gaming, using period-accurate hardware wherever possible to preserve the look, feel, and experience of the original games.
Alongside this, we also support modern gaming setups, allowing us to create flexible experiences tailored to each event, venue, and audience.
Where are we based?
We are based in North West England – delivering our services to the likes of Cheshire, North Wales, Merseyside, Lancashire, Shropshire and West Yorkshire. This also positions us to deliver our services throughout the entire mainland UK.
Our initial coverage area included in our standard hire pricing covers around 50 miles – as seen in the map shown here ➔
Beyond this area there are additional costs to cover travel expenses. The further we travel the longer it takes to get back! Please also consider the scale of the event, if multiple vehicles/trips are required then this will also be factored into the final price.
If you’re unsure of anything or if something needs further clarification please do not hesitate to get in touch!
